Who sells Papr

Papr is made by Muhammad Saidul Umam, an individual seller based in Indonesia (contact: support@papr.nemixe.com) (“we”). Polar is the merchant of record: it sells Papr to you, processes the payment and issues your license key. Purchases are processed by Polar, and you keep your key in your Polar customer portal.

Free trial

You can use Papr free for 14 days from the first time it opens on your Mac, with every feature and no key, account or payment details.

After that your notes stay readable and searchable, and you can still copy, move or delete them; writing needs a license. Activating a key at any time unlocks everything again.

Your license

• One Mac per license key. Papr runs on macOS 13 or later, on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
• New Mac? On the old one, choose Settings → License → Deactivate on this Mac first (or remove the old Mac in your Polar customer portal), then activate the key on the new one.
• Lifetime updates. You get every new version, installed with one click (or on its own if you turn that on). Each update’s signature is checked first.
• Works offline. The license is re-checked about once a day and keeps working for 30 days without a connection.

Refunds

If Papr isn’t right for you, email support@papr.nemixe.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method. A refunded license key stops working.

Support

Questions, a bug, trouble with your key? Email support@papr.nemixe.com and you’ll get a reply from the developer. Include your macOS version and, for license questions, the email you bought with.

Governing law and liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Papr is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our liability to you for anything to do with Papr is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited, such as consumer rights, or the 14-day refund described above, which is issued through Polar.
